This page explains how customers, website users, app users, and Meta or WhatsApp users can request deletion of personal data processed by A1 ELECTRO WORLD.
1. How to Request Data Deletion
Send an email to wikitechh010@gmail.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
Include enough information for us to identify your record:
- Your full name.
- Your mobile or WhatsApp number.
- Your email address, if used with us.
- Invoice number, order number, or customer ID, if available.
- A short description of what you want deleted.
2. Meta and WhatsApp App Data
If your request relates to Meta, Facebook Login, WhatsApp Business Platform, or WhatsApp messages handled by our app, mention this in your email. We will review and delete or de-identify eligible app data connected to your identifier, including applicable message logs, webhook events, campaign audience entries, and marketing consent records.
3. WhatsApp Marketing Opt-Out
To stop WhatsApp marketing immediately, reply to any marketing message with STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPT OUT, or OPT-OUT. We may retain your phone number and opt-out status to make sure we do not send future marketing messages to that number.
4. What We May Delete
Depending on the request and applicable law, we may delete or de-identify:
- Marketing audience records.
- WhatsApp marketing consent records, except opt-out suppression records needed to respect your choice.
- Support messages that are no longer required.
- App profile data not needed for legal, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes.
- Webhook and delivery logs where retention is no longer needed.
5. What We May Need to Keep
We may be required or permitted to keep certain records, including invoices, GST records, payment records, warranty records, legal notices, security logs, fraud prevention records, and transaction history required for accounting, tax, regulatory, consumer protection, or dispute purposes.
6. Processing Timeline
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required because of verification, legal retention, disputes, or technical limitations.
7. Verification
To protect customer data, we may ask you to verify that you control the email address, mobile number, WhatsApp number, or account connected to the deletion request before we process it.
8. Confirmation
After completing your request, we will send a confirmation to the email address or contact method used for the request. If we cannot delete certain information, we will explain the reason where legally permitted.
