Product availability, pricing, taxes, discounts, warranty terms, delivery timelines, and payment options may change from time to time. Orders may be accepted, rejected, cancelled, or corrected where required due to stock issues, pricing mistakes, payment failure, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions.
Invoices, GST records, payment receipts, and transaction records may be retained for accounting, tax, warranty, and legal purposes.
5. Customer Communications
You agree that we may contact you using phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other channels for order updates, service messages, support, payment reminders, warranty updates, and customer care. Marketing messages will be sent only where consent or another lawful basis applies.
You can opt out of WhatsApp marketing by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPT OUT, or OPT-OUT.
6. WhatsApp and Meta Integrations
Our WhatsApp marketing and messaging features may use the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, WhatsApp Cloud API, Meta webhooks, approved message templates, and connected WhatsApp Business Account assets.
- WhatsApp and Meta services are provided by Meta Platforms and are subject to Meta and WhatsApp terms, policies, rate limits, approval rules, and availability.
- We are not responsible for Meta platform outages, rejected templates, suspended numbers, delivery failures, or account quality restrictions caused by Meta policy enforcement.
- Users must not use our tools to send unsolicited messages, misleading campaigns, unlawful promotions, or prohibited content.
